Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive and do you provide tracking for the package?
A: All domestic orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail and typically ship within 3 to 5 business days. International customers have an option of International First Class or Priority Mail. During peak seasons and sales events shipments may take up to 2-3 weeks to process. Once your order is fulfilled you will receive an email with the tracking number and can track the package in real-time when logged into your customer account on our website
Q. How do you package prints and other mediums of artwork?
A. Prints are shipped carefully rolled inacid-free Kraft paper, taped and inserted into a durable shipping tube that is crush proof. Smaller prints that can not be shipped in a tube are inserted between layers of flat cardboard. Original Art Canvases and Framed Prints are shipped in a durable box and cushioned witt bubble wrap.
