The highly sought after Obey Currency notes from 2007 were passed out and put all over the floor at a show Shepard Fairey exhibited at. The picture above shows both sides of a single bill. These were printed on actual currency paper. The images were titled "Two Sides of Capatalism" which were the theme of his exhibit in which he exploited the current issues within the U.S. Capatalistic Democracy that we live in.
Of the approximate 1,000 Obey Currency Notes, many were damaged as they covered the floor of the art exhibit. However collectors managed to get some notes in mint condition.
